[Design] Bug 56705 - Create design pattern library

This bug is actually more of a todo list for the design team, I'd recommend

I plan to do this but I want to confirm what he wants. Does he want to
have a page with includes all design elements used in Wikimedia projects
like buttons, colour... ?

Sorry for not mentioning. #mediawiki or #wikimedia-dev on
chat.freenode.netshould be able to give you help with submitting
things to gerrit, or any
generic mediawiki questions. There is also #wikimedia-design, but it is
less busy so if its a generic mediawiki development question, you might get
better answers on the first two.
